I don’t quite understand why there is a significant difference in display brightness. If anyone knows, please tell me. Thank you!

Yes, as above, if you do not want varying brightness you will need 8 x segment resistors. ( R4 - R10 below)
With modern bright displays, you can even try 1k or 2k2
NMOS ports drive mA better than PMOS, so the best published circuits are like this :

got it,tyvm!
Its better that I use Pull-up resistor to power up my segment.
But the biggest question is that I have not enough resistances and triodes! :P
