The last side approach is good，I once wanted to use a db 3 to drive a Controllable silicon diode, adjust the Angle, as EC4230,design all parameter ，Let it communicate at under 20V  ,Controllable silicon diode, i have looked at it on www web, the  Controllable silicon diode  is  expensive . This ec4230 may be more expensive.DK5303 Is a power management chip. To be charged, it's much more expensive too .EC4230 is a very good idear.I will ask the agency.

Did you mean DK5030 ?
lcsc have those for 4.5c

You can also create a similar part using discretes, tho the placement cost & PCB area could make this less economic.


Here is a spice circuit I trialed for pulsed power AC rectified drive, tested at up to 6.24mA output.
Power loss drops as load current drops.

功夫不负有心人，我找到一款dcdc集成电路，正好有输出5V-300ma模式。片子表价0.2，加上外围，不到5毛钱。分享给各位大佬。它是SM6035。

当然是稳定压倒一切，这是设计阶段。选型很重要。
