The IC's silkscreen marking should directly reflect the orderable part codes.
That makes the QFP44/QFP48 better than the DIP40.
eg If the orderable part code is STC8051U-32K64-QFP48
The silkscreen should split that part code into two lines -
either
STC8051U-
34K64-QFP48
or
STC8051U
-34K64-QFP48
The TFPU@108M should not be the first marking, as that will be seen as a part code by many people.
It can go under the part, in smaller font, like this :
STC8051U
-34K64-QFP48
TFPU@108M
DateCodes
The heading mentions STC8051USB, so also ok is this part code / label
STC8051USB-32K64-QFP48
STC8051USB
-34K64-QFP48
TFPU@108M
DateCodes
Addit: I see most other STC parts have MHz included in the order part code.
Should that MHz info also be included for STC8051U ?
