STC-ISP Timer Tool lacks precision

a) The STC-ISP Timer Tool is a useful feature, but it cannot accept a decimal point (?!)  so if I want calculations for 30.51757us, it only allows 30us ?



b) It would be useful if the comment report can also support decimal points
Currently it reports

better would be to report what the SysCLK/TimerReload actually gives, as users may be using crystals here.

I agree with you, allowing decimals can bring convenience.

And the timer can be calculated manually as well.
