Well, I used 3.7v voltage and tried it. I felt that the digital tube would not burn out, so I didn’t add a resistor. Do I need to add a resistor in this case? ...I don’t quite understand why there is a significant difference in display brightness. If anyone knows, please tell me. Thank you!
Yes, as above, if you do not want varying brightness you will need 8 x segment resistors. ( R4 - R10 below)
With modern bright displays, you can even try 1k or 2k2
NMOS ports drive mA better than PMOS, so the best published circuits are like this :

Proteus项目只是为了展示接线用的,按照对应管脚进行接线后,只要是STC8H8K64U的芯片应该都能正常运行的 ...

Its better that I use Pull-up resistor to power up my segment.
But the biggest question is that I have not enough resistances and triodes! :P
