431接不接电容需要看实际电路的需要，需要吸收电流骚动比较大的情况，接个大于10uf电容会好很多，在任何一本431的datasheet上都会标注再接电容的稳定区间，一般要求小于0.1或者大于10uf。
做技术不追根求原一味快餐，出来的产品也是堪忧的。
stc的技术手册还是需要细化，很多需要的指标查不到需要猜测，可能假以时日会做得更好一些吧。

TL431是用得最多的基准源，没有之一，因为开关电源大量使用。
TL431内部是一个能隙电压源+放大器，不是简单的一个稳压管，其输出内阻为0.3欧姆，所以不需要对地接电容，接了不合适的电容反而让内部放大器自激（接100nF基本就是很不合适的，基本会自激），这个很多人都不知道。实在要接，必须10uF以上，浪费钱，也让内部放大器工作于不好的状态。

正好读到这个帖子，很有受过。借这个机会学习了一下TI的TL431数据手册，确实标注了其在不同的输出电流、输出电压下允许的 容性负载 的安全范围，最安全的范围是低于4.7nF，或高于4.7uF。介于4.7nF~4.7uF范围内全部都是不稳定的
见第18页。
TI的e2e论坛里也针对这个问题有相应的解释
这里提到了TL431LI，在空载时候的表现同样不怎么样。

Yes, newer ones are slowly getting better.
The Nexperia TL431B have lower IK min (< 600uA) and specs this for Stable areas
That looks stable with a smaller sub 1uF CAP.
and the TDSEMIC TL431-0.5% looks similar to the TI TL431LI (and lower bias ATL432LI)
Not quite as good as Nexperia part, but a bit cheaper.
