STC U8W-Mini it's no longer working

hi Everyone, I'm a new student.


I am working with U8W-Mini. But it's not working, it used to work before.


I have installed the driver.


Device Manager:



Only 2 LED lights that are on:



Settings:



Everything I do, it will always Fail:



I have tried pressing Key 2 multiple time.
I have tried pressing and Holding Key 1 -> Pres Key 2 -> Release Key 2 -> Release Key 1. Still not working.


Can anyone help to explain what I should do?

I only have u8w-mini.

How can I know my firmware is v1.37?


I assumed my firmware is v1.37, and tried Press and hold Key 1, Press and hold key 2, release key 2, release key 1.
nothing happen.
how long do I keep pressing the button. until what happen should I stop pressing the button?

I tried double clicking Key 2. but nothing happen either.

如果点了第③步之后没有出现升级成功的提示，你可以按一下U8W-Mini上的Key2键试一下，看有没有升级成功的提示。

nothing. not even an LED blink, download failed again.

I tried press and hold, double clicking, just 1 click. none works.

How do I Know if my device is no longer working/broken?

如果升级时按key2也没有任何显示的话，这个U8W-MINI工具很有可能是坏了。你可以联系海外负责人沈小姐重新安排一套新的工具。沈小姐QQ：2269694595微信：18106296594
