因为环氧塑封料本来就是黑色的呗，要是加其他成分改颜色，说不定可靠性就不行了，表面涂别的颜色，成本又会高，还必须是耐高温的颜料。

Keep in mind packages also need to block light, and anything that blocks light, is going to appear black or very dark.
They could paint the outside, but that's another step for added cost, and it needs to have full temperature range specs, which is not cheap paint.
Painted chips would also worry more buyers about counterfeit parts.
