一个稳压管0.0173一个,
1n4148,0.0152一个,
电容,0.059,共0.164元。还有比这个更低的成本吗?请教。

一个充电器的成本快把整机的成本囊括了。

What current does your MCU start at ? (current during RESET and reset exit?)
What current does your MCU operate at ?
1N4148 may be too low voltage rating for Mains. Look at 1N4007 or xx4007 variants at 1000V, or a bridge rectifier if you need more current, and balanced load to pass approvals.
1N4007 comes in SOD123 and SOD323
You also need to watch over-voltage on voltage regulator Vin, if there is no load, and if using a shunt regulator the minimum regulation current needs to be considered, along with ripple voltage.
You can also consider LEDs as low cost shunt regulators, for 3V MCU operation.
比如单片机最大需要20mA,这个电路功耗就会达到6.6W,功耗太大了,另外。建议使用阻容降压,从交流取电,这样功耗小点。
呵呵,你自己用咋整都行,我家有个饮水机上面用的是单片机,一年后老犯病,动不动自己加水,烧水,那边没有水杯也加水,水流了一地。单片机神经错乱,拆开一看人家还是开关电源,还有78l05单独给单片机供电,找了一圈最后把78l05(小的塑封)换成了个L7805(带散热片的那种,比78L05输出电流大),这才把病给治了,再也没犯过。你直接用220电阻分压,你考虑过可靠性吗。你的产品再便宜,那不可靠,后面返修会累死你。
用5个电阻太谨慎了。
参考一下插排的电源指示灯供电方案。

又想了一个办法如图:R1:1K,碳膜,1/2W,0.007元;R2:碳膜,63K,2W,0.035元;Q1,13001,7W,0.035元;5.6V稳压,0.017元。一共0.094元。

不要害人,电源还是正规的来
